Our support for charity

Our charities

We firmly believe in the profound impact of giving back to our community.

Each year, the SCAPE group of companies nominate a charity for our team to support and we commit to fundraising for this organisation as our charity of the year.

We understand that collective efforts have the power to create meaningful change. By supporting charitable causes, we not only contribute to the greater good but also foster a culture of generosity and solidarity within our organisation.

Our charities of the year

Each year, the SCAPE group of companies nominate a charity for our team to support. Nominated by a team member, and selected by our shareholders, this year we’re proud to be supporting two charities.

Throughout all of 2024, we are raising funds for two East Midlands-based charities, Footprints and PASIC, through fundraising activities with our colleagues and partners.

About Footprints

Footprints is a Nottingham-based charity which supports children across the East Midlands living with mobility and communication difficulties.

The charity provides centres and home support for babies and children so they can develop the skills they need to achieve their potential.

They transform lives through conductive education, and other services including speech therapy, hydrotherapy and sleep workshops.

About PASIC

PASIC is a charity which supports children and young people with cancer. Its aim is to ensure that no East Midlands family faces childhood cancer alone.

PASIC Family Support Workers offer one to one support on the children’s oncology wards at Nottingham Children’s Hospital and Leicester Royal Infirmary, giving support during an extremely difficult time.

Donations go towards significant resources for the children at hospital including toys, activity packs and family care packages with essentials for staying in hospital during treatment.
