Who we are

We are a procurement, design, construction waste, property management and regeneration business.

Established by the public sector, we exist to make the built environment as efficient and effective as possible, delivering value for the public good via our services that harness the power of collaboration with the private sector.

Our services support the public and private sectors in their commitments for safeguarding people, spaces, and places.

We create value by working together, delivering for our clients, and leaving a sustainable legacy in communities.

Wholly-owned by six local authority shareholders, any surplus income we generate is returned to the public sector via our shareholders, each of which are motivated by improving socioeconomic outcomes for local communities.

Arc Partnership

A joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed to support the council in creating an efficient, safe and sustainable land and property portfolio.
